Suppression Issues in Gun Crimes Cases
As a criminal defense attorney, I use a number of different tactics to seek the best results for my clients. One of the ways in which I help clients is through filing motions to suppress evidence. In most cases involving gun charges, the prosecution will have significant difficulty proving their case if they are unable to produce the gun at trial for the jury.
I seek the suppression of all evidence that has been obtained in violation of your constitutional rights, including the illegal seizure (taking) of a gun from a home or car. If the police failed to get a necessary search warrant or conducted a search pursuant to a search warrant unsupported by probable cause, I will file a suppression motion seeking the suppression of all evidence obtained as a result of an unconstitutional search and seizure.
