The Old Man in the Sea
The book, The Old Man and the Sea is a classic novel by Ernest Hemingway. It focuses on the effort of an old fisherman to catch a marlin. When the old man finally hooks a large marlin, he is faced with the battle of a lifetime. He fights with the marlin for several days, risks dehydration and starvation, and finally catches the marlin in the end. It is an epic tale of the value of hard work, faith and determination.
